Shoulder pain is a very annoying condition as it can make simple task like picking up an object more difficult to do. You might find it hard to use your arm or your hand. Prevention for Shoulder Pain

  • Use ice and ibuprofen after exercising if you have past shoulder pain experience
  • Stretch and strengthen your rotator cuff tendons and shoulder muscles
  • If you are recovering from tendinitis, continue to perform range-of-motion exercises to avoid “frozen shoulder”
